We offer weekly shipments Ocean transportation and or Air to Port au Prince, Haiti.
When we receive your shipment we will notify you via email to the email address provided when you register with us. We will provide you with a Warehouse Receipt, which will contain all information needed about your shipment and sailing. What we ask is that you send us via email a copy of your invoice and or receipts to sales@chatelaincargo.com
Consolidating cargo, we will send you a loading guide as your cargo arrives and keep you updated as it arrives. Once you are ready to ship, we handle the rest, communication is the key for simple and easy shipping needs to Haiti.
Once your cargo sails, shipments will arrive at Chatelain Cargo Services Haiti Warehouse, a Bonded CFS Warehouse Facility across from the Port au Prince International Airport.
In Haiti, you may use the services of Chatelain Cargo Services in Haiti to clear your shipment and have it delivered to your company door, or you may also elect to use your own broker to clear your shipment and pick it up at the Chatelain Cargo Haiti Warehouse.
